Marinade for Raw Veggies
 
1 - 10 oz.  can v-8 juice
1/4 cup  red wine plus 1/4 cup vinegar
  or, 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup  dijon mustard
1/2 tsp  crushed basil
 
mix together until well blended. place cut up veggies in a sealable 
container. pour marinade over veggies. let stand for 6 hours or overnight. 
toss 
occasionally.
