French Fried Olives
 
large stuffed olives 
fine seasoned cracker crumbs 
egg 
dash of salt 
fat such as peanut oil 
 
use large stuffed olives. roll olives in fine seasoned cracker crumbs. dip 
in beaten egg with dash of salt added. roll in crumbs again. fry in deep, 
hot fat peanut oil. drain on uncoated paper plates or paper towels and 
serve hot.
