Puree of Pea Soup
 
1/2 can  of large american peas
1 pint  of milk
  salt
  pepper
1 Tbsp  butter
1 Tbsp  flour
 
heat 1/2 can of large american peas; press through a colander. add a pint 
of milk, salt and pepper. cream a tablespoonful of butter with 1 of flour 
and stir in. simmer 10 minutes and serve at once.
