Turtle Cake

1 | chocolate cake mix |
1 cup | sour cream |
3 | eggs |
1 cup | water |
3/4 cup | pecans |
3/4 cup | caramel topping |
|
combine cake mix, sour cream, eggs and water. |
mix well by hand. |
sprinkle pecans over bottom of 3qt. casserole w/cone in center. |
pour batter over pecans. |
top with caramel in circle pattern being careful not to touch |
sides of pan with syrup. place casserole dish on top of cover used as |
trivet. microwave on 50% for 9 minutes, then on high for 7 1/2 minutes. |
cool for 10 minutes. flip cake out of casserole onto plate. |
