1 lb lamb chunks per person ( cut from a leg of lamb ) |
fresh lemons |
oregano |
salt and pepper |

rinse meat, pat dry and place meat on skewers and grill over medium heat |
until almost cooked medium, |
perhaps and hour. then salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with oregano. when |
almost done, remove |
spits to a platter and heavily squeeze on fresh lemon juice, return to fire |
and lower heat, roasting |
until done. |
