Spiced Nuts

this is a great low carb snack for those of use watching the old carb |

2-1/2 Tbsp | butter |
2 tsp | dried rosemary, crumbled |
1 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | cayenne |
2 cup | nuts (walnuts, pecans, or mixed nuts) |

melt butter, and mix in spices. add nuts, and stir to coat. spread out |
on cookie sheet. bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes let cool a bit. the |
nuts will nut be crunchy right out of the oven, but will crisp up in |
about 5 minutes. |
