Steamed Salmon with Lemon Pepper
as requested, a simple salmon recipe: 
 
 
1   8 oz frozen salmon steak per person
  olive oil to coat frypan
1 cup  water
1 tsp  lemon pepper seasoning per person
 
heat frypan and carefully add about 2 tbsp olive oil. swirl until entire 
bottom surface is coated and oil is hot but not smoking. add frozen 
salmon, water and sprinkle seasoning over the fish. cover and steam 
gently over medium heat until light pink in the middle, about 15 
minutes, testing center for flakiness with a fork. do not overcook. 
serve with rice and green peas.
