these are some of my favourite and extremely easy ice cream recipes:

vanilla ice cream

for 0.5 kg
preparation time: 15 minutes for preparing&blending + 2 hours for freezing

2   entire eggs
2   egg yolks
120 of sugar or equivalent of liquid artificial sweetener
1 package  (10 grams) of vanilla-sugar
1 cup  (0.2 litres) of cream
  optional
1 Tbsp  of raisins
1 tsp  of rum

put eggs and sugar (or liquid artificial sweetener) in the blender and
mix.
add vanilla-sugar and cream, optional ingredients as well, and mix well.
pour ice cream in the dish for the freezer, then in the freezer - mix it
with the fork every couple of hours while it's in the freezer so that it
doesn't freeze needle-like.

strawberry ice cream

for 0.5 kg
preparation time: 15 minutes for preparing&blending + 2 hours for freezing

2   eggs
120 of sugar or equivalent of liquid artificial sweetener
250 of fresh strawberries or 0.25 litres of strawberry juice
1 cup  (200 ml) of cream

put eggs and sugar (or liquid artificial sweetener) in the blender and
mix.
clean the strawberries, add them in the blender, mix, and cream and mix
well
again.
pour ice cream in the dish for the freezer, then in the freezer - mix it
with the fork every couple of hours while it's in the freezer so that it
doesn't freeze needle-like.

n.b.: for original recipe and this quantity, there is always (except where
marked): 2 eggs - 120 grams of sugar or equivalent of liquid artificial
sweetener - 250 grams of fruit - 200 ml of cream; and always the same
preparation method.

squeezed lemon, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of rum and 1 tablespoon
