Roasted Red Pepper Ravioli

1 package | (24 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli |
1 | jar (12 ounces) roasted sweet red peppers, drained |
1 cup | grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup | half-and-half |
2 | garlic cloves |
|
in a large pot, cook the ravioli according to the package directions; |
drain. |
meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, process the peppers, |
parmesan cheese, half-and-half, and garlic until smooth. |
add the red pepper sauce to the ravioli; toss gently until well |
coated. serve immediately. |
