Corn Pudding
 
preheat oven to 375 degrees f. 
 
1/3 cup  granulated sugar
3 Tbsp  flour
1/2 tsp  table salt
3   eggs, lightly beaten
1   17ounce can cream style white corn
  or 2 cups fresh creamed white corn)
2 cup  milk
1/2 tsp  pure vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 cup  butter, melted
 
in a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. add rest of ingredients except 
butter, combining well. place butter in a 2 quart casserole and place in 
oven 
about 3 minutes to melt. when melted, stir into corn mixture leaving a bit 
in 
the dish to coat it. add mixture to dish and bake at 375 degrees f. for 1 
hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until golden brown. serve hot. 
 
serves 6
