Poached Salmon with Ginger (low carb)

1 lb. | (454g) salmon fillet |
1 Tbsp | ginger root, grated |
3 | lemon slices |
3 Tbsp | dry white wine |
1 Tbsp | lemon juice |

set oven to 375f(190c). place salmon fillet on 2 layers of aluminum foil, |
large enough to make a tent over the fish. rub ginger into salmon, cover |
with slices of lemon. sprinkle wine and lemon juice over the fish. fold |
foil so that it makes a tent with the end sealed too. place on baking |
sheet and bake at 375f(190c) for 20 minutes (or longer if fillet is |
thicker than 1 inch). carefully unfold the top of the foil. transfer fish |
to serving platter. pour cooking juices over fish and serve. |
