this is a favorite to take to a potluck at work. 
 
1 small  container cool whip
2   containers yogart, any favorite flavor
1   store bought graham cracker crust
 
combine all ingredients and pour into crust. chill 
 
final comments 
try strawberry-banana flavor. i also have used sliced banana and 
strawberries for garnish. enjoy 
 
 
tropical coconut pie 
 
1-1/2 cup  shortbread cookie crumbs [about 20 cookies]
1-2/3 cup  flake coconut, divided
1/3 cup  butter, melted
1 large  banana, sliced
1-1/2 cup  cold milk
1 package  [4 serving size] vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 can  [8oz] crushed pineapple, well drained
2 cup  thawed cool whip topping
  flaked coconut [optional] toasted
 
heat oven to 325 degrees 
mix cookie crumbs, 2/3 cup of the coconut and butter in medium bowl until 
well blended. press mixture evenly onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie 
plate. bake 10 min. or until golden brown. cool. arrange banana slices in 
crust. 
pour cold milk into large bowl. add pudding mix. beat with wir whisk 2 
minutes. stir in remaining 1 cup coconut. spoon over banana slices in crust. 
gently stir pineapple into whipped topping. spread over pudding mixure. 
sprinkle with toasted coconut, if desired. 
refrigerate 4 hours or until set. 
serves 8 
 
 
nestles toll house chocolate chip pie 
 
1   unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell*
2 large  eggs
1/2 cup  all-purpose flour
1/2 cup  granulated sugar
1/2 cup  packed brown sugar
3/4 cup  (1 1/2 sticks) butter , softened (we recommend land o lakes. butter)
1 cup  (6 oz.) nestli. toll house. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup  chopped nuts
  sweetened whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
 
preheat oven to 325 f. 
beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy. beat in flour, 
granulated sugar and brown sugar. beat in butter. stir in morsels and nuts. 
spoon into pie shell. 
bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between outside 
edge and center comes out clean. cool on wire rack. serve warm with whipped 
cream. 
 
* if using frozen pie shell, use deep-dish style, thawed completely. bake on 
baking sheet; increase baking time slightly.
