Egyptian Green Bean Salad

32 oz. | bag frozen french cut green beans. |
32 oz. | can black eyed peas. |
4 large | ripe tomato(s), chopped. |
1 cup | chopped parsley. |
8 | scallions, chopped. |
| juice of 4 lemon(s) 2 tablespoon vegetable oil. |
| salt and pepper to taste. |

steam and drain the green beans and allow them to cool completely. |
drain and rinse the black eyed peas. combine all ingredients and mix |
well. may be served chilled. |
