Two Ingredient Muffins
 
2 cup  self rising flour
2 cup  vanilla ice cream, softened
 
mix well, spoon into thoroughly greased muffin tins, 3/4 full. bake at 425 
for 20-25 minutes. makes a firm, fine textured muffin. (add 1 tablespoon 
sugar for shortcake.)
