2 large  eggs
4 oz.  flour
1 cup  milk
2 tsp  oil --per cup
 
flour in bowl, add eggs, beaten. add milk. add pinchh salt. 
beat with a mxer for a minute. refrigerate 4 hours 
heat vegetable oil in deep large muffin cups till smoking at 400* 
pour batter into cups half way. 
turn oven down to 350 and continue baking for about 50 minutes
