Basic Chicken Marinade

1/4 cup | fresh lemon juice |
1 tsp | dijon-style mustard |
1 tsp | worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup | canola oil |
3 clove | garlic --minced |
1/4 cup | fresh parsley --chopped |
1 tsp | dried oregano --crushed |
1/8 tsp | kosher salt to taste |
1/8 tsp | black pepper to taste |

combine the orange and lemon juice, mustard, and worcestershire sauce in |
a glass bowl. whisk in the oil a little at a time. add remaining |
ingredients. chicken breasts should marinate 3 to 4 hours. wings 4 to 6 |
hours. |
