Hot Chinese Mustard
 
1/4 cup  dry mustard
2 Tbsp  cold water or flat beer
 
put dry mustard in cup or small bowl. gradually add cold water, stirring 
until thoroughly mixed. make only a small amount needed at a time, for 
it dries on standing.
