1 cup  cooked fettucine
3/4 tsp  olive oil
1   garlic clove -- minced
6 oz.  medium shrimp -- peeled and
  deveined
1 cup  snow peas
1-1/2 Tbsp  chopped basil
1-1/2 tsp  grated parmesan cheese
 
cook fettuccine in boiling salted water cooked. drain 
pasta and keep warm. while pasta is cooking, heat oil 
in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. 
sauté garlic, shrimp and snowpeas 3-4 minutes stirring 
frequently, until shrimp are pink and cooked 
throughout. stir in basil and salt and pepper to 
taste. combine shrimp and snow peas mixture with 
pasta in a serving bowl. serve with parmesan cheese.

1 Tbsp  olive oil
1 cup  sliced green onions
6   garlic cloves -- minced
1 cup  chicken broth
1/2 cup  fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 Tbsp  paprika
1 tsp  rosemary
1 tsp  basil
1 tsp  oregano
3/4 tsp  salt
1/2 tsp  ground red pepper
1/2 tsp  pepper
6   bay leaves
2-1/4 lb.  medium fresh shrimp
 
coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add 
oil. place over meidum high heat until hot. add 
green onions and garlic; saute' until tender. add 
broth, lemon juice, paprika, rosemary, basil, oregano, 
salt, red pepper, pepper, and bay leaves, stirring 
well. bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 
10 minutes, strirring occasionally. uncover and 
simmer an additional 5 miinutes, stirring frequently. 
remove from heat; cover and let stand at room 
temperature 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. 
 
peel and devein shrimp. uncover sauce; bring sauce to 
a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. add 
shrimp to sauce; cook 5 minutes or until shrimp are 
done, stirring occasionally. remove and discard bay 
leaves.
