venison appetizers
 
take one or two venison ham steaks frozen, trim all fat and scrap with 
the flat of a knife to remove fat left by the saw blade. (this will 
assure there is no waxy taste a.k.a. "gamey"). cut into 1" cubes, wrap 
with 1/3 slice of bacon, and pin through with a toothpick. broil until 
bacon is almost done then turn over and do other side. serve 
immediately.
