6 clove | garlic -- minced |
1 Tbsp | olive oil |
1/2 medium | onion -- thinly sliced |
1/2 tsp | dried oregano |
2 Tbsp | white wine vinegar |
1 large | avocado -- cubed |
20 | green olives |

cook cauliflower, set aside. |
in a medium skillet saute garlic in the olive oil, add onion and oregano; |
cook for 2-3 minutes until onion is tender. |
pour the hot oil mixture over the cauliflower. add white wine vinegar, |
avocado, and olives. gently toss. chill for 2 hours before serving. |
