daffodil dip

1/2 cup | mayonnaise |
1 | 8oz pkg cream cheese |
1/2 cup | chopped parsley |
1 | hard cooked egg |
2 Tbsp | chopped onion |
1 | garlic clove, minced |
1 Tbsp | anchovy paste |
dash | of pepper |

gradually add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese, mixing until well |
blended. add parsley, chopped egg white, onion, garlic, anchovy paste and |
pepper; mix well. sprinkle with sieved egg yolk. serve with vegetable |
dippers such as; celery, sliced cucumber, radish roses, cherry tomatoes, |
carrot sticks and cauliflowerets or use a variety of crackers. |
