Fried Corn
 
4 ear  corn, cut off cob or 16 oz. bag of corn
6 slice  bacon
1   onion, chopped
1 tsp  sugar
1/2 tsp  salt
 
Fry bacon and save for last. Fry onion in bacon grease 
until transparent. Add corn, sugar and salt. Cook on medium 
high about 7 minutes until onion starts to crisp. Remove and 
add crumbled bacon. Serves 6. 
 
If you want a buttery taste instead of bacon use the same recipe as above but 
leave out the bacon. Use about 1/4 cup of margarine or 1/2 cup 
depending on how much butter you want to taste.
