BLUEFISH with TROPICAL MARINADE
 
COOKING TIME: 6-8 Minutes 
 
2 lb.  Bluefish Fillets (about = lb. per serving), rinsed in cold water and
  patted dry
4 clove  Garlic, mashed
2   mangos, 1 mashed for marinade; 1 cut into slices as a garnish
2   lemons, cut into wedges
1 small  Papaya, mashed
1 - 2   chili Peppers (to taste), finely chopped
3 Tbsp  Lime Juice
  1 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp  Olive Oil
 
In a bowl, add garlic, mango, papaya, lime juice, chili peppers, cilantro 
and oil and whisk briskly to blend; marinate Bluefish Fillets in mixture, 
cover and refrigerated (1 hour). Arrange Fillets in a buttered broiling pan; 
broil (6-8 minutes) 4-5" from heat source; baste regularly with marinade. 
Serve hot, garnished with mango slices and wedges of lemon to the side.
