Chili Con Queso Fondue

1 can | stewed tomatoes, drained and chopped |
1 small | onion, chopped |
1 lb. | Velveeta, cubed |
1/2 lb. | sharp Cheddar, cubed |
1 | 4 oz.) Ortega green chilies, diced |
1 | jalapeno, diced |
1 small | can sliced black olives |
1 small | can mushrooms stems and pieces |

Saute onions in oil until limp. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook until most of |
liquid is absorbed. Add remaining ingredients. heat until cheese is melted |
and hot. Serve with tortilla chips or French bread. |
