Salmon Cheese Puff Pies
 
15-1/2 oz.  can salmon, drained and flaked
1 cup  cottage cheese
1/4 cup  chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup  chopped onion
3 Tbsp  lemon juice
1/4 tsp  dill weed
10 oz.  pkg frozen puff pastry shells, thawed in refrigerator overnight
 
Preheat oven to 450 F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except patty 
shells. On floured surface, roll each shell to an 8-inch circle. Place equal 
amounts of salmon mixture in center of each circle. Fold over; seal edges 
with water and press with fork. Place on ungreased baking sheet; cut slit 
near center of each turnover. Reduce oven temperature to 400 F; bake 25 
minutes or until golden brown.
