Crockpot Bean Soup
 
1 lb.  dry navy beans (soak overnight)
2 quart  water
1 lb.  ham and bones
1 tsp  salt
1/2 tsp  pepper
1/2 cup  chopped celery leaves
1 medium  onion, chopped
1   bay leaf (optional)
 
Put all ingredients in pot. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
