Zucchini Jelly
 
3 cup  peeled, grated zucchini
1/3 cup  lemon juice
3 oz.  strawberry or raspberry Jello
3 cup  sugar
  paraffin
 
Bring zucchini and lemon juice to a rolling boil for 10 minutes. Add Jello and 
sugar and boil for 6 more minutes. Pour into jars. Add paraffin to seal.
