Waldorf Salad

6 cup | Apples; diced |
2-1/2 cup | Celery; thinly Sliced |
8 Tbsp | Raisins; dark (Sun-Maid) |
1/3 cup | Walnuts; optional |
| dressing |
8 Tbsp | Fat-free mayonnaise |
8 Tbsp | Fat-free sour cream |

In a large bowl, combine the apples, celery, raisins, and walnuts, stir |
to mix well. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the sour cream, |
stir to mix well, add mayonnaise mixture to the apple mixture, and toss |
to mix. Cover the salad and chill for 1 to 3 hours prior to serving. |
