Skillet Meal (For Two)
 
1/2 cup  water (add to skillet)
1 package  Butterball smoked turkey sausage (use one link for recipe)-sliced
  sliced cabbage (heap on, cooks down)
2 medium  potatoes, washed, sliced with skins
  onion
  salt & pepper to taste
3   pats margarine on top
 
Place in a skillet. Cover the skillet and simmer for about 20 minutes. (Until 
potatoes are 
fork tender.) Turn vegetables and meat occasionally to avoid sticking.
