Chicken Dijon
 
4   boneless chicken breasts
  butter
1/2 cup  onion, sliced
1 tsp  chicken bouillon powder
1/2 cup  water, hot
1 cup  milk
1 Tbsp  flour
1/4 cup  Dijon mustard
  toasted almonds (opt)
 
Melt butter, brown chicken. Remove. Saute onion, adding 
more butter if necessary. Mix bouillon and water. Pour 
over chicken and onions in the pan. Let cook 15 minutes 
or till tender and cooked. 
 
Mix milk and flour. Bring chicken to a boil and stir in the 
milk mixture. Stir till thickened . Add mustard. Sprinkle 
with toasted almonds to garnish, if desired.
