Peach Cobbler
 
Filling 
 
29 oz.  can sliced peaches
2/3 to 1 cup  sugar
2 Tbsp  corn starch
2 Tbsp  butter
1/2 Tbsp  cinnamon
 
Heat oven to 400F. Drain fruit and reserve liquid. Mix sugar 
and corn starch in saucepan. Stir in fruit juice gradually, bring 
to boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add fruit, pour 
into 1 1/2 quart (or 9"x13") baking dish. Dot with butter, sprinkle 
with cinnamon.
