Easy Trail Bars
 
3/4 cup  butter
1/2 cup  honey
2   eggs
1 cup  applesauce, unsweetened
2 tsp  vanilla
1 tsp  baking soda
dash  salt
1/2 cup  all-purpose flour
1 cup  flour
2 cup  rolled oats, uncooked
1 cup  dried cranberries
 
beat butter. add honey, eggs, applesauce, vanilla, baking 
soda, salt; mix well. add flour. stir in oats and cranberries. 
press dough into 9x13 pan. bake 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees. 
cool and cut into squares.
